How much does a serviced office cost?
Our fully furnished, serviced offices start from as little as $200 a week.

Does that include all furnishings?
Yes. You receive a desk, chair, filing cabinet under desk provided and bookshelf. 

Can two people fit comfortably?
Unlike other serviced offices, there is ample room for two people to work comfortably in our two person offices.

Is public transport close by?
Our location has been specifically selected to give you the best access to public transport. 

Do I have 24 hour access to my office?
Yes. We understand that small business operators need access to their office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When you sign up with us, we provide you with two keys and security pass

Is there ample parking?
Your clients and visitors have ample free on-street 1 - 3 hour car parking directly behind these premises. Signs apply. 

Are the offices air conditioned?
Yes. All our offices are air conditioned.

Do I need to pay for telephone and the Internet?
Yes. We have phone/Internet packages that will suit your business per calendar month at $250 for 1st handset and $50 per handset thereafter. 

Who takes my calls when I'm not in the office? 
Either we redirect your phone to your mobile or the receptionist will take a message for you. 

Are my calls screened?
Yes. All calls are screened and go via the receptionist before we pass them on to you. You can of course give your customers a direct line if you prefer. 

Is their wheelchair access to the building? 
Yes. There is a lift to the 1st floor and disabled toilets on site. 

Do I need to pay extra for tea and coffee?
No. This is complimentary. 

What is a Virtual Office?
If you’re a start-up business, an established company investigating a new market, or an international organisation looking for a base in Melbourne, a virtual office is the ideal, low cost starter solution. It has all the benefits of a serviced office, just without the space. 

Can I access my office desktop computer on the road with my laptop?
Yes. We can allow you external access to your office computer by using your Remote Desktop application.

Are there shops close by?
Yes. Our location is close to general shops and other business services such as post offices and banks.

How long does it take to move in to my office?
Once we have received payment, you can move into your office within 24 hours. Click here for more information.

I am little nervous about moving out of my home office and into a real office?
We find that once people make the move, they sit and wonder why they didn't do it earlier. If it's the cost you are worried about, then you always have the option to move your business back into your home. Feel free to talk with us about any concerns you might have. 

What other benefits are there to moving into an Office Space Central office?
We promote all businesses to one another internally, so there might be an opportunity to pick up additional work.

Can I advertise my services outside of my office?
No. We wish to maintain an unbranded environment, so when your clients come to visit, they feel they are visiting you, not one of the other businesses.
